Return & Refund Policy

General Information

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be received by us before we can process a refund.

Please note the following points to ensure a smooth return process:

  • Custom and Personalized Items: Returns or refunds for custom-made or personalized products cannot be accepted due to their uniqueness

  • Digital Products: Digital products purchased from us are excluded from returns and refunds.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately via email (dramalamastore@hotmail.com). We will do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unworn and in the condition in which they were received.

  • Returns must be pre-approved via email (dramalamastore@hotmail.com) so we can discuss the next steps.

  • Returns that are made without prior communication with us may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Return Deadline

The package must be handed over to the carrier and scanned within 7 days after return approval. If the package is not handed over within this 7-day window, a refund will no longer be possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To ensure a smooth return process, we require proof of return, such as a photo of the shipping receipt or tracking information. Please send this information to us via email (dramalamastore@hotmail.com).

Important Note

Please note that this policy is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, we have experienced abuse of our return policy in the past, where customers used items during their vacation and then attempted to return them. This practice is unfair and places a significant burden on our small business.
